Return & Exchange Policy

We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. There are occasions where a return or exchange may be necessary.


We do not offer cash or credit back for custom products.  If you order a custom product and the item does not fit, we do offer a guaranteed fit policy.   We will alter the item free of charge.  However, if the measurements change from the original order, you will be charged the alterations fee.  All Custom orders must be returned with seven (7) days of receipt of customer.

Non-custom orders

All returns and exchanges must be received by Dogn’i Apparel within 30 days (30) days of shipment to you, with the exception of custom orders.  Items must be new and unused upon return.

Prohibited Returns or Exchanges:

The following items may not be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized merchandise
  • Gift certificates and Gift cards
  • All clearance items


All items returned to us new, unopened, not washed, laundered and in their original, undamaged packaging may be exchanged, free of charge, for another item.  If you order an incorrect size, item must be returned for refund within 30 days of shipping from Dogn’i.


You should expect to receive any refund made pursuant to a return or exchange within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In most cases, your refund will be received more quickly. If you have not received a refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, please contact us and we will investigate the status of your refund.

Policies & Rules:

All items sold by Dogn’i Apparel are shipped directly from our office in Bangor, Maine. Items may be returned or exchanged only if item has not been worn or used by customer.  Dogn’i  is unable to exchange or return any dog bed, bed cover, mat, crate pad, seat covers or any other item that comes back and is found to be dirty, has dog hair on it, smells of dog, stained, damaged, abused or show signs of uses, washed or laundered. Dogn’i  would not be able to credit you back for this item.

Customer is responsible for shipping any return or exchange item back to Dogn’i. Returns or exchanges sent to us COD will be refused. (In the event that the return or exchange is due to our error (i.e., you receive an incorrect or defective item), we will refund you the cost of shipping the item back to us.)

Dogn’i is not responsible for any personal items that may be included in returned or exchanged merchandise.

Dogn’i is not responsible for items that have been damaged during return shipment. Such items remain the property of the customer, and you may be charged to have them sent back to you.

Any return/exchange that does not comply with these Policies and Rules will be returned to sender, and no credits will be issued.

Dogn’i Apparel reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to interpret and apply these Policies and Rules to all exchanges and returns.

Doggie Damage

Dogn’i Apparel cannot be responsible for items that have been ruined by your destructive dog or puppy. Our products we sell are very durable, but are not indestructible. Before ordering, choose carefully depending on the age and behavior of your dog or puppy.
